The best way to obtain an idea of the cost of your project is to contact us. We can talk you through options but generally a site visit is essential to ensure the quote is comprehensive. Your project doesn't need to be overly expensive and the cost will depend on factors such as: how much preparation the ground requires, special requirements from the planning authorities, additional amenities, the price of wood at the time. As we are a small business, we are currently not VAT-able which means you will not be charged VAT on the timber structure completed by Oak Ridge Design. None of our buildings are pre-fabricated kits; this means not only is the price right, the building itself is perfectly fitted to your site and it will last a lifetime. |
